Individual Therapy

Our hope for clients is to live meaningful lives, understand their emotions, develop self-compassion and overcome barriers that interfere with their well-being. Individual therapy is the opportunity to receive one-on-one support and experience desired change during those challenging times in your life. We know asking for help can be a stressful. We are passionate about providing a trusting and caring environment where we can explore your life experiences to promote learning and growth.

Sessions are client-driven, goals will be determined by both you and your therapist. Some individuals come to us for a few sessions to help with a life transition, while others come with longer standing concerns and are involved with therapy as long as necessary to reach their desired outcome. Whatever the presenting concern, clients will work with a member of the Authentic Healing team in a safe, compassionate and confidential environment.
